Xinyang Industrial has introduced advanced fiber laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, riveting machines, spin riveting machines, welding machines, and customized hydraulic presses with extra-large worktables. The cutting accuracy can reach ±0.03mm, and the bending accuracy can reach ±0.10mm. Delivery can be as fast as 1 day, and the normal delivery time is 3-7 days.
Xinyang Industrial's machines are equipped with imported German 2000W lasers. The cutting stroke is 1250mm-3000mm, and the cutting thickness can reach 10mm. They are fast, highly precise, produce minimal slag, and create a smooth cut surface with minimal damage to the sheet material. They can also be used for multiple recuts on semi-finished sheets. The open machine structure enhances visibility and ease of operation during processing.
Adopting a Japanese digital controller and Mitsubishi servo amplifier, this machine improves the stability of the operating system, facilitates input values, and allows for quick machine setup. This not only increases bending efficiency but also ensures more stable bending accuracy. Bending lengths can reach 2000mm, bending thicknesses can reach 8.0mm, and bending tolerances can reach 0.1mm.
Features a custom-designed, oversized worktable suitable for stretching and forming various simple molds, as well as for back-pressing and straightening. It is particularly suitable for processing the front frame and back panel of large-size LCD displays. The pressing speed is uniform and controllable, allowing for easy adjustment of the pressing effect.
